When we were growing up, my grandmother would make a tape of her reading stories to us. We would listen to those stories over and over. We loved them! Technology has made many things easier and better. Head on over here, and check out this new cool website. Click on the Google Hangout button, set up your profile, and follow the directions to host your very own storytime with your little loved ones no matter where they live. Even sweeter, you can have storytime with multiple kids all across the country/world at once!
This is a great way to connect with the kiddos in your life if you happen to be separated by distance. Keep in mind that you will need a webcam connected to your computer.
